In this situation, you need to take a break from everything. Secondly, rather than treating whole world as your enemy, try to mix up with your friends and family members.

Do fun aerobic exercise on a daily basis, it will provide you with a much-needed relaxation. First thing in the morning, spend at least ten to fifteen minutes alone. Spend some time with your friends and family members, you are going to feel better.
